Before returning an item
Return eligibility, the return period and the correct return address must be confirmed for your purchase. Please do not send an item to an unconfirmed address. Email support@bamboo-vc.com for return instructions.
What to prepare
- Your order reference and the email address used for the purchase.
- The name of the item and the reason for your request.
- Clear photographs if an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Condition and packaging
Keep the item and its packaging while your request is being reviewed. Personal-care items may have additional hygiene requirements, which should be confirmed before return.
Exchanges and refunds
Availability, shipping arrangements and any refund method need confirmation for an accepted request. A contact form does not authorize a return or initiate a refund.
